BC Cancer’s interdisciplinary summit provides critical education, professional development and unique relationship-building opportunities for oncology professionals from all specialties and disciplines.  The 2022 Summit is a in-person and online event.

About the 2022 Summit

We were delighted to host the BC Cancer Summit with in-person and virtual options this year! The Summit will feature keynotes, plenary session, collaborative sessions with a focus on transformation, adaptation and inclusion in cancer care and research.   In addition we will host  virtual poster sessions and awards. 

Our keynotes this year:

  • Dr. Andrea McNeil, founder and principle investigator of the UBC Planetary Healthcare Lab, and clinical associate professor in UBC faculty of medicine’s department of surgery
  • Dr. Alika LaFontaine, president elect of the Canadian Medical Association, award-winning physician, and the first Indigenous doctor listed in Medical Post’s 50 Most Powerful Doctors
