Please note: In keeping with our initiative to be environmentally sustainable, please bring your own PHSA or BC Cancer lanyards with you to the Summit. We are excited to see everyone very soon!

Onsite registration office hours: 7:00am- 5:00pm

Payment Options

We accept Cheque, Visa, or MasterCard. Please make all Cheques payable to “BC Cancer” and send to the attention of Heena Vadgama, BC Cancer Summit, BC Cancer, 600 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V5Z 4E6. (Please note there is a $10 cheque handling charge).

For registration inquiries please send an email to: http://conference@bccancer.bc.ca/. Please keep a copy of the Registration Receipt and bring it with you to the conference.

Registration Fee Structure

Includes:

  • In-person: all sessions registered for, virtual platform (all features), access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference as appropriate.
  • Virtual: access to all open sessions, virtual exhibit hall, virtual handouts, virtual activities, poster abstracts.
  • One Day Fee: for delegates wishing to attend a session(s) for one day only.
  • Student Fee: for students only. ID will be required.
  • Onsite Fee: for delegates wishing to attend one or more sessions on any day of the conference.
  • Awards Dinner Fee: for delegates wishing to attend Friday evening dinner. Includes: dinner, entertainment and awards.
